Pastor Lyle Dukes and Co-Pastor Deborah Dukes will host the Ministry of Excellence Empowerment Conference 2006, September 6-8 in Woodbridge, VA at Hylton Memorial Chapel and Harvest Life Changers Church, International. All are welcome.

Long, the Senior Pastor of the 25,000-member New Birth Missionary Baptist Church in Lithonia, Georgia, and Co-Pastor Susie Owens, of the Greater Mount Calvary Holy Church in Washington, D.C. are among several powerful speakers coming to the Woodbridge, Virginia area September 6th through 8th for the Ministry of Excellence Empowerment Conference 2006.
The conference, open to everyone, will be held in the Washington, D.C. suburbs, and is hosted by Pastor Lyle Dukes and Co-Pastor Deborah Dukes of the Harvest Life Changers Church. Other speakers include Bishop Donald Hilliard, of the Cathedral International in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, and Bishop Carver Poindexter and Co-Pastor Lorene Poindexter of the Love of Christ Church in Alexandria, Virginia. Special guest artists include the gospel sensation Karen Clark-Sheard, the anointed and exciting Vickie Winans, powerful psalmist Maurette Brown Clark, and the Harvest Life Changers Mass Choir.
With the theme “Possessing the Kingdom Anointing,” the conference is designed to present the tools to help make ministry become more effective by providing seminars covering nearly every aspect of ministry. Dynamic workshops include Maximizing Church Growth, Building an Effective Singles Ministry, Developing Purpose Driven Youth Programs and Building an Effective Choir and Music Ministry. Leaders with first-hand knowledge and experience will teach the workshops.
