These parcels range in size from one acre home-sites to a 320+ acre ranch, all of which are owned by Plant City native Kimball Wetherington. The Plant City multi-property auction will be held in the convention room at the Ramada Inn at SR 39 and Interstate 4 in Plant City on Saturday, October 14, 2006.

The larger of the tracts are to include the 320 acre Wetherington ranch along Smith Ryals Road and Trapnell Road, and a 232 acre industrial tract that is located inside the Plant City corporate city limits

According to Higgenbotham Auctioneers representative Tom Haney, the auction will be the largest in memory for the Plant City area. “The Wetherington properties are diverse and cover a complete spectrum of uses and opportunities.
