HSA Expert Roy Ramthun Joins HSA Clearing Corp

Former health care advisor to President Bush and HSA expert, Roy Ramthun, has joined HSA Clearing Corp as Senior Vice President. Before joining the President's staff, Mr. Ramthun was the Senior Advisor to the Secretary of the U.S. Treasury for health initiatives. In this role, he led Treasury's implementation of Health Savings Accounts after they were enacted into law in December, 2003.
