More than a dozen owners of the brand new Pontiac Solstice and Saturn Sky gathered during August to form the Phoenix Sky & Solstice Club, a car club for owners and enthusiasts of the Pontiac's new Solstice and Solstice GPX, and Saturn's versions, the Sky and Sky Redline.

Based on the number of days before a dealer sells them, these cars are the #1 selling cars in the US right now, lasting less than five days on the dealer lots. With back-orders numbering in the thousands, many dealers have stopped taking orders as some customers aren't expecting their car to be delivered for more than a year.

During September, the Phoenix Sky & Solstice Club will be hosting two events in the Phoenix Metro area. The first, on September 9th, is a showing at the Scottsdale Pavilions Car Show, which is the oldest continuously running car show in the world.
