According to the NAR, the number of licensed Realtors has exploded from 766,000 in 2000 to nearly 1.3 million in 2005. Choosing a Realtor has never been so daunting as it is today, and with home values rising steadily over the past five years, finding one that fits a consumer's needs is more important now than ever before.

Blogs and other site owners are also able to take Homethinking's transaction data and place a free map on their site via an open standard called GeoRSS – an extension of the commonly used RSS.
