Their progress will be tracked on a new interactive blog where readers can not only report their own progress, but also offer encouragement and support to others. The new blog Get Fit with momready.com will launch on September 25, 2006.
momready.com is currently accepting entries for the drawing until September 14th. New readers can subscribe to momready.com’s free, daily online newsletter until September 14th to take advantage of this unique fitness opportunity. Winners will be randomly chosen in a drawing on September 15, 2006, and contacted directly by PUSH.tv shortly thereafter.
All four participants, will receive a free personalized exercise program each month for four months along with resistance bands, as part of PUSH.tv’s progressive, full body training system. Weekly phone calls from PUSH.tv’s head trainer and program developer Mike Monroe are also part of the get fit challenge. Monroe will be monitoring the progress of the four participants, helping them stay motivated and on track. Taub and her training partners will blog their progress regularly on the Get Fit With momready.com blog.
PUSH.tv will also provide a series of monthly fitness articles written by their celebrity trainers to be published on momready.com as part of their new Living Fit section under Food and Health.
Why did Taub decide to start this new offshoot of the popular website? “Every New Year’s Eve women across the country, including myself, make a resolution to finally start an exercise routine and get fit. That lasts for about a week and then it’s back to business as usual.” Taub continues, “With only 4 months left in the year, I decided to make good on my resolution to get fit, and reward a few loyal momready.com readers in the process.”
Visitors and subscribers who sign up for PUSH.tv’s service via momready.com will receive a free 30-day trial.
