Y-Talk is a SIP-based software application that transforms any handheld device running Microsoft Windows Mobile™ 5.0 into a “Walkie-Talkie” like device using Push to Talk. Enterprises with the need for a ubiquitous solution that increases employee mobility and productivity while reducing costs for internal communications can use Y-Talk for instant communications “on the go.”
Derived from Pangean’s award-winning insta-REACT! solution, the new solution combines Voice over IP (VoIP) and Wireless Fidelity (WiFi) technologies to provide Push to Talk capabilities on handheld devices for instant communications within a campus network or across multiple corporate sites.
