snap2eyes and J Media Group Announce Shared Advertising and Rich Media Partnership

Online advertising company snap2eyes LLC and the J Media Group, LLC, a leading marketing and advertising company serving online publishers in the Jewish niche market, today announced that they have entered into a strategic rich media advertising agreement. Under the terms of the deal, snap2eyes will provide its Tristitial ad template and related rich media services to the J Media Group, which will have the exclusive right to offer the Tristitial ad format to the 27 web publishers in its niche ad network.

New York City, NY (PRWEB) September 20, 2006 -- Online advertising company snap2eyes LLC (www.snap2eyes.com) and the J Media Group, LLC, a leading marketing and advertising company serving online publishers in the Jewish niche market, today announced that they have entered into a strategic rich media advertising agreement. Under the terms of the deal, snap2eyes will provide its Tristitial ad template and related rich media services to the J Media Group, which will have the exclusive right to offer the Tristitial ad format to the 27 web publishers in its niche ad network.

The Tristitial (www.tristitial.com) is a rotating, multi-banner Flash ad that triples the number of creatives that can be displayed in a single ad impression. The new, shared ad unit creates a win-win situation for advertisers, on the one hand, and web publishers and ad networks, on the other hand. The ad format enables advertisers to appear in an eye-catching rich media ad at a discounted CPM, while allowing publishers and ad networks to substantially increase the total ad revenue they earn from a single impression by selling such impression to more than one advertiser. For publishers and ad networks, the Tristitial can also solve ad inventory shortages and reduce online ad clutter.

We continuously look for new, innovative methods of delivery and we believe that the snap2eyes Tristitial can serve as a valuable tool in achieving these goals.
The Tristitial can also be used as a single-advertiser ad unit, where different products or multiple images of the same product are displayed (as with real estate, auto, and other local or classifieds ads), or where one advertiser has multiple campaign objectives for a single ad (such as branding, product information, and special promotions).

The J Media Group plans to offer the Tristitial to its niche market both as a shared, multi-advertiser ad unit, and as a single-advertiser ad unit. Advertisers who opt to appear alone in a single-advertiser Tristitial will be able to specify the display time and animation speed of their Tristitial.

The Tristitial can be created in both standard IAB and custom sizes, and is powered by the snap2eyes Rich Media Ad Factory™ (or RMAF™) -- a proprietary technology that creates affordable rich media ads out of customizable templates.

"Our relationship with the J Media Group establishes an important precedent regarding the value of the Tristitial to ad networks and publishers, and the promise of shared advertising in general," said Gil Lahav, Co-Founder and CEO of snap2eyes. "We look forward to helping the J Media Group achieve higher profits by delivering more value to their advertising clients."

“Our company is constantly seeking ways to improve both the performance and ROI of advertising campaigns as well as assisting online publishers to increase their revenue and maximize the value of their online inventory,” said Jess Dolgin, CEO of the J Media Group. “We continuously look for new, innovative methods of delivery and we believe that the snap2eyes Tristitial can serve as a valuable tool in achieving these goals.”
