Modavox and National Media Broadcaster Enter into Streaming Agreement

Modavox enters advertising revenue share and rich media content delivery agreements with KOAA national media outlet.

(OTCBB: MDVX) Internet broadcasting pioneer, producing and syndicating online audio and video, today announced it has entered into agreements with Denver Colorado’s NBC affiliate, KOAA to bring streaming video and audio applications for local and national advertising campaigns. This agreement will result in revenue sharing opportunities utilizing Modavox’s patented BoomBox system version 2.0 employed for the delivery of rich media content.

KOAA-TV (www.koaa.com) is the NBC affiliate for Southern Colorado. It is licensed to Pueblo, and broadcasts on channel 5. It also operates a translator on channel 30 in Colorado Springs. The station has studios in both Pueblo and Colorado Springs. KOAA recently added high definition technologies for their television broadcasts. Along with Modavox, KOAA is positioned to offer state of the art broadcasting in multiple mediums of content delivery – television and internet.
