Austin, TX (PRWEB) September 26, 2006 -- ReachForce, Inc., a worldwide provider of OnDemand marketing automation products and services for role-based customer and prospect data, today announced it is strengthening its market leading position with a growing portfolio of intellectual property and patents.
ReachForce was issued a set of four related patents covering its work in mining the Web to generate sales lead data. The patents include a Web-based customer lead generator system with pre-emptive profiling, a database server system for Web-based business intelligence, a Web-based customer prospects harvester system and a text indexing system to index and query the archive database documents by both keyword and contact data, and finally a lead-generation harvesting system that can operate in an ASP model.
“In today’s competitive marketplace, intellectual property is a key competitive and market differentiator,” said Suaad Sait, CEO of ReachForce. “We continually look for ways to improve and develop new technologies that deliver value to our customers and further automate the search and discovery of role-based customer and prospect data. As we bring these technologies and enhancements to market we will also ensure our intellectual property is protected.”
The ReachForce patents include:
- Patent number 7,003,517, which outlines a Web-based system and method for archiving and searching participant-based Internet text sources for customer lead data. This is the foundational patent of the ReachForce system, and covers mining Internet sources for sales lead data.
- Patent number 7,082,427, focused on a text indexing system to index and query the archive database document by keyword data representing the content of the documents and by contact data associated with the participant who generated the document. This patent extends the general technique with a more sophisticated text mining retrieval system. It includes using Google style keyword retrieval for contact data.
- Patent number 7,043,531, a Web-based customer lead generator system with pre-emptive profiling. This patent extends the general technique with user profile generation. Profiles may be used to further define how likely a person is to buy a product or service.
- Patent number 7,096,220, covers a Web-based customer prospects harvester system. This patent extends the general technique by operating in an ASP environment.
ReachForce continues to refine and develop new technologies to expand and grow its OnDemand marketing automation products and services for role-based customer and prospect data.
