During this discussion, Gary Craig explains how Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT works and how easy it is for anyone to perform this special technique to heal pain, emotional trauma, eliminate blockages and more--without medication or surgery.

"It's in the meridians of the body. It's like there's a short circuit in the subtle energies that flow throughout the body...by using this tapping we basically repair the short circuits. And so once done, people couldn't get upset about these former issues if they tried."

Gary describes how easy EFT is to learn and how quickly this process can work, even for skeptics. According to him, what once took months or even years to heal or change now can take minutes or hours. He explains how doctors, psychologists, therapists and others in the healing field around the world are using EFT in their practices. Gary says there are teachers using EFT with their students and he encourages parents to use it with their children.

"It's the kind of thing the whole world needs to know about... We've been talking about emotional issues but it actually touches every human pursuit you could imagine. For example, we've had people that have dramatically improved their music ability, their ability to play golf, for example...I don't mean a stroke here or there, I mean major changes. We've had children that have gotten over dyslexia and of course that changes an entire life..."

Gary Craig is the founder of EFT, a Stanford engineering graduate and an ordained minister. He is also a Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming.

Since the age of 13, Gary Craig has been intensely interested in personal improvement through psychology. He recognized at that time that the quality of his thoughts was mirrored in the quality of his life. Since then he began to teach himself, seeking only those procedures which produced results. Gary's latest finding is Emotional Freedom Technique, also called EFT.
