Messrs. Fieldman, Hay and Ullman bring with them substantial experience in litigating complex commercial disputes across a broad spectrum including contracts, business torts, construction, healthcare , power generation, oil and gas and intellectual property. They have represented domestic and international clients in federal and state courts at the trial and appellate level, in domestic and international arbitral proceedings, before administrative agencies and in alternative dispute resolution proceedings such as mediation.
