Shaker Heights based firm, Capital Advisors, Ltd. announces Patrick T. Hanratty, CPA/PFS, CFP® and Neil R. Waxman, CFP® are included in Robb Report Worth Magazine's: The Nation's 100 Most Exclusive Wealth Advisors, as announced in the October 2006 edition. Hanratty and Waxman are the only two Cleveland area financial advisors to make the list and are two of four listed in the state.

Hanratty and Waxman are Managing Directors of a well recognized and highly regarded wealth management firm in Cleveland, Ohio, Capital Advisors, Ltd. Capital Advisors provides wealth management services, establishing and integrating investment, tax, estate, retirement, and business succession planning in the affluent market, primarily in Ohio, Florida, and California. Waxman and Hanratty claim their success is due in large part to delivering well developed, objective, and independent financial solutions on a sophisticated, yet clear, proprietary platform.

Robb Report Worth Magazine's Top Advisors list in the October issue is the culmination of a year of extensive research by Worth's editorial staff. The editors reviewed hundreds of nominations by readers, as well as those provided by executives at private banks, wealth management and investment firms, and industry associations.

Worth's editors only considered wealth advisors with at least 10 years of experience and those who have proved to be capable of managing accounts of at least $10 million--although most of the advisors on the list have clients worth many times that amount. "Our goal is to identify those who posses the superior qualities that define a top wealth advisor: vigilance, expertise and the ability to communicate honestly and frankly with clients," explained Worth Editor-in-Chief Dwight Cass.

Nominated advisors responded to an extensive questionnaire in which they listed their educational credentials, compensation structure, client retention rate, outlook on the investment climate and model portfolio returns. Those selected for the list devised and executed the most innovative yet appropriate solutions to their clients' financial problems.

Aside from the abovementioned, Hanratty serves on several financial planning related Boards whose mission is to develop career paths in the financial services industry.

Waxman distinguishes himself as an independent Board Member of several corporations, a Board Member of several Not-For-Profit Organizations, and by providing substantial service to other civic organizations. Waxman has been named to Worth's list 4 consecutive times.

Hanratty and Waxman adamantly maintain that this acclaim is really about all of the firm's members, and reflects upon the team's commitment to Capital Advisors' Guiding Principles. Both Hanratty and Waxman believe, "Our success is a direct result of the efforts of every single member of this firm."
