The Direct Plan is modeled after the Direct Reimbursement plan promoted through the American Dental Association.
The Direct Plan allows employers to set a maximum dollar amount they will reimburse an employee and each of their dependants in a year. The employer also selects the schedule by which Superior reimburses the employee for dental care dollars spent up to that amount.
