Evinco Solutions Ltd has released ChequeSystem version 1.4.2, electronic cheque writer software that provides a complete cheque management and printing solution.
ChequeSystem provides comprehensive chequebook management functions. The software supports multiple chequebooks, which suits the need of business. In the chequebook, users can create cheques easily with pre-defined cheque number. The interface allows users to type all the cheque elements include payee, date, amount, a/c payee only, bearer, and place of issues. Similar to counterfoil, user can also write down any notes for the cheque.
All the issued cheque are kept in records. The search function in the chequebook allows user to locate issued cheques easily. Users can also move to-and-fro to review the issued cheque records. The software provides two reports, payee report and account report. The two reports allows to track the issued by the payee or by the account. Other criteria in building the report includes date and cheque amount. It is simple to manage the issue of cheques in accordance with banking procedures.
The software is installed with several cheque templates for different banks. It also provides an update function allowing users to download the latest cheque template from the server. Users can make use on the template design tool to create cheque template to fit the bank cheque.
ChequeSystem can print cheque elements completely; including payee, date, amount, a/c payee only, bearer, and place of issue. The printed cheque is ready to issue once signed. Batch-printing function makes cheque printing work even easier than before. Users can print a series of cheques in a batch by specifying the account and the cheque numbers. ChequeSystem supports different types of printer include dot matrix, ink-jet and laser printers.
ChequeSystem costs $97.50 for a single-user license with free upgrades.
