Sarah Whittaker, The Wardrobe Shrink™, renowned for her "image type" system for determining your style aesthetic, has released a body shape e-guide.

"The Wardrobe Shrink Scrapbook" is a 95 page illustrated guide of clothing styles categorized according to body shape. Body shape silhouettes are provided for readers to analyze their body and face shape. They can then look through the guide and check-out styles and fashions that correspond to their shape. The guide includes trousers, skirts, jackets, dresses, coats, shoes, tops with separate necklines and sleeves, and a fabric guide for matching the appropriate texture and shapes. Other sections outline the best waistline and hip detailing to flatter one's figure, and how to balance out body proportions.

Designed and hand-drawn from Sarah's own scrapbook, the guide is available to download from her website, http://www.insideoutprofiling.com/the-wardrobe-shrink-scrapbook.html for $25.00. The guide has an extensive glossary to explain the different styles and looks.

"Women come in all shapes and sizes. But, when they look in the mirror, they often cannot discern what shape they really are or how to translate that shape into styles of clothing. The wrong choice in shape is one the biggest style mistakes women make and is why they feel 'fat' in a pair of jeans or self-conscious in a particular top. Every woman, no matter her size or shape, can look fabulous in clothing. It is simply a matter of understanding that her body shape is one of her best assets and to learn how to dress it," says Whittaker.
