Real Digital Media Named Exclusive Digital Signage Provider to National Retail Federation's X07 Ultimate Pop-Up Boutique

State of the art store will demonstrate the most futuristic design components and technologies available to retailers.

Sarasota, FL (PRWEB) January 4, 2007 -- Real Digital Media (RDM) today announced that it has been selected by the National Retail Federation as a sponsor and the sole provider of networked digital signage to the X07 Store of the Future Ultimate Pop-Up Boutique at the upcoming NRF Annual Conference and Expo. The National Retail Federation is the world's largest retail trade association, and their Retail Big Show is the largest annual showcase of the newest and most effective products and technologies to improve retail businesses. The show is hosted at the Jacob Javits Center in New York, January 15 - 17.

Real Digital Media is known in the industry for providing reliable, scalable digital signage products and technologies for establishing point of purchase marketing, promotions and corporate communication networks. The company's NEOCAST® digital signage platform is the most comprehensive and integrated system on the market, and is ideally suited for the retail, hospitality and food service industries.

"The X07 Store of the Future is an exciting and interactive venue for retailers to increase their awareness and understanding of digital signage technology and its potential within a store environment," said Jason Broom, VP of Marketing for Real Digital Media. "We are proud to be the exclusive digital signage sponsor for the third year in a row, especially since Real Digital Media has exciting product and corporate news scheduled for release during the show dates."

The X07 exhibit is designed and produced in partnership with Hybridia Design. Other sponsoring companies include Cisco Systems, IBM, IconNicholson, Mastercard, Shoppertrak, and LG. Content services are provided by sponsor Digicraft Productions.

"The NRF is proud to showcase a host of emerging technologies in its X07 Store of the Future," said Tracy Mullin, NRF president and CEO. "Our future store concept is one of a kind, and serves as an exploration as to what's possible in retail. Sponsors like Real Digital Media help make the future a reality for X07, and we're excited to have them on board."

Real Digital Media's NEOCAST solution will power digital signage throughout X07. Compact, reliable and networked, the media players communicate with the centrally managed NEOCAST® Media Server to enable the efficient distribution of tailored content and messaging that reaches X07 Store of the Future visitors where it counts, at the point-of-purchase.

At Real Digital Media's booth, #2950, the company's executive team will be available to address questions regarding digital signage implementations, as well as offer a more in-depth look into the technology that powers NEOCAST digital signage networks and X07.
