ASG Security, headquartered in Beltsville, MD, announced today that it completed the acquisition of Accutech Systems, Inc., in Rockville, MD. ASG Security is one of the 15 largest U.S. alarm security companies with operations in the Mid-Atlantic region and throughout the State of Texas.

Headquartered in Rockville, MD, Accutech is a sophisticated commercial electronic security systems integrator serving primarily large commercial and governmental facilities in the Washington, D.C. and Baltimore metropolitan areas. Privately owned since 1987, Accutech sells, installs and maintains CCTV, access control systems, fire and intrusion alarm systems. Accutech Systems has over 800 customer accounts and generates approximately $7M per year in gross revenues including over $200,000 in recurring monthly revenue.
