At closing, Bravo will pay the buyer 75% of Bravo's total compensation, including 'hidden' incentives, buyer agent cash bonuses and any other cash compensation. Non-cash incentives such as cars or travel would be passed through directly to the buyer. The buyer in return agrees to utilize Bravo Title and Bravo Lending -- both at the guaranteed lowest rate.
