Recruiting Process Improvement Expert, Bradley Pritchard to Join Riviera Advisors
Talent acquisition strategy consulting firm continues to grow. Riviera Advisors (www.RivieraAdvisors.com ), an industry leader in internal staffing and recruiting process consulting, has named Bradley H. Pritchard as Consultant.
Long Beach, CA (PRWEB) January 9, 2007 -- Riviera Advisors (www.RivieraAdvisors.com ), an industry leader in internal staffing and recruiting process consulting, announced today that it is adding to its team of experts with the addition of Bradley H. Pritchard, who has been named Consultant.
In his role, Mr. Pritchard will be responsible for developing and executing corporate client engagements in the areas of strategic talent management, as well as improving and enhancing internal corporate recruiting and staffing processes and systems. Bradley will add recruitment technology implementation expertise to the current team. In addition, Bradley will serve in a research and membership development role for the Strategic Talent Acquisition Roundtable (www.STARoundtable) communities. He will be based in the Southern California area, but will serve clients globally.
Mr. Pritchard joins Riviera Advisors from Invitrogen Life Technologies, a fast-growing global biotechnology organization where he served as Global Talent Acquisition Operations Manager. While at Invitrogen, Bradley led several significant projects including recruitment process reengineering, Global ATS (applicant tracking system) implementation and integration, relocation process reengineering, and charge-back models among others. Subsequent to joining Invitrogen, Bradley worked in key Staffing, Human Resources, and Project Management roles at Honeywell Corporation and ExxonMobil Corporation. He is trained as a Six Sigma Black Belt.
