Meeting with the PAC two to three times annually, desktopsites provides the council with our input and feedback into a number of key Microsoft programs and initiatives affecting ISVs. In addition, we will participate in research studies, focus groups and surveys to help generate future product and marketing initiatives that directly affect our customers. With this involvement, desktopsites gains awareness and participation in new Microsoft initiatives, an understanding of the future direction of Microsoft productions, direct access to Microsoft development teams and market recognition as a leader in the use of Microsoft technologies in our solutions for our target markets.

"We are very pleased with the opportunity to apply the knowledge and experience we have gained from the use of Microsoft technologies and services in our solutions," said Alex Bethlehem, President and CEO of desktopsites. "Our participation on the ISV PAC increases our awareness of Microsoft product strategies and allows us to gain understanding of future priorities and affect change on these strategies through our participation. This greatly enhances our ability to deliver forward-thinking solutions to our clients, ultimately enabling them to be more successful in their businesses."

The ongoing dialogue resulting from regular PAC meetings will assist Microsoft in providing strategic direction and higher quality products to its customers and partners.
