Global-Z Awarded Canada Post Certification for NCOA Services

Global-Z announces certification as authorized Canada Post Mail Service Provider for CNCOA services.

Bennington, VT (PRWEB) January 11, 2007 -- Global-Z International, a bureau specializing in the data processing of international mailing addresses for global direct marketers announced today enhancement of their Canadian mail processing services to provide National Change of Address (NCOA) services for Canadian addresses as a newly-licensed, non-exclusive Canada Post Mail Service Provider.

Canada Post reports that each year approximately 1.2 million households (i.e., 16-18% of the Canadian population) file a Change of Address Notification (COAN) form with Canada Post when they move. Captured electronically, this information is made available to Global-Z as licensees of Canada Post's National Change of Address Data (© Canada Post Corporation 2007), for those customers who have provided their consent. The National Change of Address service benefits direct marketers in updating their databases with the new address information for those customers who have changed addresses. Through its licensing agreement with Canada Post, Global-Z provides NCOA services for Canadian resident and business addresses.

In addition, the Canada Post licensee award enables Global-Z to enhance their additional address processing services, including postal validation, deduplication (merge/purge), Letter Carrier Presort (LCP) sortation, and pander file processing (mail preference services).
