Margaret Purvine has had a wide variety of experiences during the course of her work life. The bulk of her business career, just under two decades, was spent at IBM providing business solutions. There, she learned the organizational, project, and management skills necessary to get computer systems installed and operational. Experienced as a manager and facilitator, she is skilled at making sense of a task, breaking it into digestible chunks, and directing a team of people to get it done. She has focused her consulting work on strategic planning, people management, and project management. She and Dennis joined forces and complementary skills to found Next Step Solutions, Inc. in 2001.
