HR Workshop: Learn How to Create Employee Surveys that Get Results

New two-day workshop to cover employee survey design, with a focus on action planning and follow-up to improve employee engagement.

Many human resources professionals face the challenge of increasing employee engagement through the use of surveys. But after the survey results come in and the reports are distributed, things all too often lose momentum in the action planning and follow-up phases. But it doesn't have to be that way -- if the survey is designed to be highly actionable right from the start.

"Designing Actionable Surveys to Measure and Increase Employee Engagement" will cover how to create surveys that get results. This two-day, intensive workshop will be held February 7-8 at the Embassy Suites Galleria Hotel in Dallas. This workshop will also be held in several other cities throughout 2007.

Led by experts from Foresight International, Inc., a leader in the survey support and technology field since 1994, the workshop will cover how to: ask the right questions to measure engagement, eliminate questions that bring little or no value; create internal benchmarks to motivate leaders; increase ROI - Return On Information; and tap into and share internal best practices.
