Injury Network and Primex announced today an agreement to merge the two companies, a combination that will create more effective and efficient advertising for the Legal Community in Los Angeles. The merger streamlines the ownership and operations of two of the most successful Cooperative Advertising Programs for the Medical and Legal Industry into a single Legal Advertising “Super Power” – Top Attorneys Inc. The new company will be more innovative, results-oriented and efficient, providing benefits to its members by pooling the strengths of the two companies – commercial production, sales, marketing and advertising. As a result, the combined company will be better able to speed the convergence of new and improved marketing and advertising campaigns on behalf of its members. Top Attorneys will operate as a full-service Direct Response Advertising Agency for members on its Cooperative Program, producing its own commercials, purchasing all media, running a consumer call center for direct response and providing customer and member support – all under one roof! The company will also track commercials for effectiveness; track media outlets to determine which stations produce better results, and track times and programs to determine the most effective placement for Attorney advertising. The continuous evaluation allows for a fine-tuned marketing strategy guaranteed to bring maximum results for the advertising dollars.

Logical Next Step to Creating the Lowest Cost Per Case

“This merger is a logical next step that creates substantial value and revenue for members of Injury Network, Primex and now Top Attorneys,” said Primex CEO Michael Amin. "It will benefit our members through expanded services and advertising capabilities.”

Mr. Amin, who will now serve as CEO of Top Attorneys Inc., says the new entity will be able to offer the lowest cost per case and the highest rate of return on the marketing dollar in the industry.

It will also strengthen the two alliances through unified ownership and a single brand, says Injury Network CEO Anne Gelvin.

Top Attorneys Inc. (http://topattorneysgroup.com/) will operate as a cooperative marketing and advertising program designed for attorneys. The company will select several attorneys in the Los Angeles Market to combine their advertising budgets, and then collectively advertise in mass media under the prestigious name Top Attorneys. As consumers respond to this strategic campaign, the in-house customer call center will distribute them to members on the service based on certain criteria (category, subcategory, location, rotation level, etc.)
