As part of their commitment to making health insurance easy to understand they have created an interactive website called "Going to Hospital?". Users are taken through an interactive Q&A session where they are asked to explain what health problems they have. In response, the website explains what surgical procedure is required, how the procedure is undertaken, what type of medical staff are involved, how long the procedure takes as well as recovery outcomes and costings.
