Saturdays, January 13 and January 20, 2007, Academia Barilla has been invited by Chef Central to participate to the Italian Day Feast, hosting two full-days of Free Demo a testing of the most delicious and finest Italian gourmet specialties.
Academia Barilla's Italian Culinary Specialist Rosario Procino will be the Academia Barilla Tasting Host for the two events, offering to the Italian Day Feast public free tasting of the finest Italian regional extra-virgin DOP olive oils, traditional balsamic vinegars, regional Italian salami, artisan compotes and more.
Italian Day Feast date reminder: Saturday January 13 in Paramus, NJ and Saturday January 20 in Hartsdale, NY. Academia Barilla cooking demos and free tasting begin at 11 a.m. and finish at 3 p.m.
