Alexandria Fitness Professional Offers Outdoor Winter Bootcamp for Those Who Can Stand the Heat

Provides a Healthy upside to Global Warming

When Alexandria based FitForce Camp founder Jerry Hill heard that the temperature had hit the 60's again this winter, he knew it was time to open his outdoor bootcamp early this year. Hill typically starts his outdoor group fitness classes in the spring but with buds on the lilac bush, butterflies emerging from their chrysalis and brown bears refusing to hibernate, he knew fitness enthusiasts were also ready for an early start to their spring training.

"Global Warming won't last for ever," said Hill. "We have to jump on the opportunity before it's gone for good."

Hill is a huge advocate of outdoor fitness training: "In camp, we train outside 75% of the time. The natural surrounding we use for our camp provides us with plenty of organic equipment." Below is a list of props that provide many hours of endless, grueling exercises!

*   Stairs
*   Benches
*   Hill or ramp
*   Tree branches or Monkey bars
*   Soft grass

Hill has prepared a special report for outdoor and at home exercisers; 21 Bootcamp Exercises: A Blueprint for Your Fitness Survival. You will get instant access to this report when you sign up for his free newsletter at www.fitforcecamp.com

Hill continues: "The Inconvenient Truth about Global Warming has people depressed. We need to step off the elliptical machines, get outside, and enjoy what's left of the atmosphere."

FitForce Camp Alexandria is due to open soon; to get on the early bird list opt-in to Hill's newsletter on his website.
