Effective immediately, Mr. Rifici will assume responsibility for all matters of corporate finance, accounting and administration.

Prior to joining Impatica, Chuck was Chief Financial Officer of Cybersurf Corp., a publicly traded Internet Service Provider listed on the TSX Venture exchange. He was previously co-owner of Cyberus Online Inc., which was acquired by Cybersurf Corp. Mr. Rifici holds an Engineering degree from the University of Ottawa, and MBA from Queen's University and has completed studies for the Certified Management Accountant designation.
