Everest Poker Announces Satellite Tournaments for European Poker Tour Grand Final in Monte Carlo

Everest Poker, the leading online poker room, has announced a series of online satellite tournaments for the upcoming EPT Grand Final held 28 April - 1 May in Monte Carlo.

Everest Poker http://www.everestpoker.com today announced that it was beginning a series of tournaments for seats at the upcoming European Poker Tour Grand Final, held at the Monte Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort in Monaco. "This is the biggest event on the European Poker Tour and that means the competition is going to be fierce, especially when combined with the location," said Jonathan May, Everest Poker property manager.

Starting today, the online poker room will host a series of daily satellite tournaments for seats in the final three direct entry events to be held on 3 February, 17 February, and 3 March 2007. The direct entry events have a buy-in of $200 + 15 and are open to all players.

"The European Poker Tour's Grand Final is always worth catching and we can't wait to see how our players perform against the greats. There may be some pleasant surprises," May added. As with all of the EPT events that Everest Poker sends players to, winners for seats at the Monte Carlo event will get a $7,500 prize package that allows them to travel in style and enter the tournament.
