Company Continues to Expand its National Footprint

Internet Broadcasting, the nation's largest publisher of local news online, announced today an agreement with "The World's Most Famous Arena," Madison Square Garden (MSG), to sell advertising on its venue, network and team websites. The agreement, the second announced in the last week, is a key part of Internet Broadcasting's plans to expand its national footprint, further capitalizing on its growing national advertising sales business.

Internet Broadcasting will sell advertising sponsorships on Madison Square Garden's homepage (http://www.thegarden.com), MSG Network's home page (http://www.msg.com), as well as sites for the Garden's professional sports teams: the New York Knicks (http://www.nyknicks.com) of the NBA, the New York Liberty (http://www.nyliberty.com) of the WNBA, and the New York Rangers (http://www.nyrangers.com) of the NHL.

MSG's web properties also include the official web site of one of New York's most popular architectural landmarks and visitor attractions: Radio City Music Hall (http://www.radiocity.com).
