KBC Process Technology Ltd. (KBC) announces the signing of a Strategic Alliance agreement with Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS), the Malaysian national oil company.
The alliance covers the provision of specialized consulting services, software tools and methodologies to enhance the capability of the newly formed Petronas Group Technology Solutions (PGTS), assist PGTS with implementation of the Operating Performance Improvement (OPI) initiative in the Petronas Operating Units (OPUs), to collaborate on joint technology development and to support learning at the Petronas University of Technology (UTP). The initial term is 2 years, with an option to extend.
