Kelli Bennett of Re/max Properties of the Summit/Breckenridge team has been awarded the Chairman's Club award by Re/max. This is the highest level award offered by Re/max. Of the approximately 5,000 realtors in the mountain states region only around 80 people earn the Chairman's Club award.
"I am excited to receive the recognition," said Kelli Bennett. "Our goal at Kelli Sells is to give our clients the highest levels of service. This award is proof that we are achieving and exceeding this goal. Breckenridge real estate has experienced growth in appreciation since 1990 and there is a high demand for property in the area. We are glad that our team has helped so many people to find their dream property."
The Breckenridge real estate market is booming. During the 1990s Breckenridge averaged a 10% real estate appreciation rate. After September 11th the Breckenridge real estate market declined, which was a direct reflection of the overall decline in real estate sales nationwide. However, during 2003 and 2004 Breckenridge real estate rose again to levels of 9%. This reached new heights during 2005 and 2006 with appreciation levels of 20% and more. Breckenridge real estate continues to grow and beat all previous real estate records.
It is hard to determine why Breckenridge real estate sales have appreciated to these high levels while other real estate markets have declined. Theories abound. With a large percentage of buyers being second home owners it is easy for them to commute from Denver, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, and other nearby locations. This makes Breckenridge an ideal weekend getaway. Breckenridge is also within easy reach of the Denver and Colorado Springs airports.
Another theory is that Breckenridge real estate offers true value for money. The price of real estate at some of the more well-known mountain and ski resorts such as Aspen, Vail, Beaver Creek, and Telluride have reached exorbitant levels. Real estate prices in Breckenridge are still viewed as being reasonable and a great investment.
Kelli Bennett and the Kelli Sells team are at the forefront of real estate in the Breckenridge area. They continue to help clients to buy and sell property by offering high levels of customer service alongside value for money. The Chairman's Club award is another indication of the esteem they are held in and recognition they have achieved.
