Top-flight fitness trainer Kevin Kearns today introduced his newest 30-minute 'Core Strength' DVD - power-packed to burn maximum calories for time-starved exercisers who don't see enough results at the gym.

The Core Strength Workout focuses on the most important muscle groups: the thighs, stomach, and lower back - hot spots for preventing injuries and sporting a more toned physique , as well as sculpting the upper body and arms.

Bored at the Gym?

"Most people stop going to the gym because they don't see results and it's too time-consuming," said Kearns, who has trained hundreds of athletes, children and adults at all fitness levels, combining martial arts, cardio and strength training.

The Core Strength Workout delivers an intensive workout in just 30 minutes because it works several muscle groups simultaneously. The 10-minute instruction, 22-minute workout and five higher-intensity routines can be done anywhere. It uses simple equipment: a broad rubber band for resistance, a pair of hand weights, a medicine ball, and an inflatable ball, for balancing.

"These quick, easy-to-master exercises work your legs, stomach, arms and back at the same time - increasing the 'burn' to 300 calories in a single workout," said Kearns. "That's much more than most people burn at the gym, where they typically work just one muscle group at a time."
