Marketing communications company Nicholson Kovac, Inc., has promoted Geoff Pickering to vice president of Interactive Communication Services.

Pickering, who joined the agency in August 2005 as director of interactive communications, will continue to provide strategic guidance to all agency clients and to lead his team in developing interactive solutions including emerging technology, Web sites, user-generated content, Web analytics, database marketing, search engine optimization and on-demand marketing.
