Arizona Mortgage Company Launches New Website
National Wholesale Mortgage, an Arizona mortgage company, has completely redone their website with valuable Arizona mortgage information.
(PRWEB) January 24, 2007 -- Karen George, branch manager for National Wholesale Mortgage, insists that "good information is the most valuable asset to any website." So she personally makes certain that her site contains valuable, helpful consumer information- whether you are a client or not.
After looking at many other mortgage websites, Karen realized that most of them were basically just advertising billboards on the internet. They offered free rate quotes and promise good service, but otherwise are devoid of the good information that an Arizona mortgage shopper may be looking for.

Karen recently battled- what was considered- terminal breast cancer. She was determined to beat it and with the support of her friends and family, she did just that. Beginning immediately, the Karen George branch of National Wholesale Mortgage will donate $200 to breast cancer research for every loan funded, for as long as they remain in business.
"We have always been a company that 'gives back'; we just believe that it's good business all the way around," explained Karen.
"If our business isn't helping our fellow Arizonans in some way, then we are living in a vacuum- a selfish vacuum."
National Wholesale Mortgage was nominated for an "Ethics In Business" Award in 2005 by the Better Business Bureau and is a member in Good Standing. Karen warns all of her clients and potential clients that if anything changes at the closing table or the final deal isn't as promised, than the mortgage company should be reported to the BBB (if they are a member). Also, in some cases, a complaint to state banking is warranted.
"We will never have any complaints filed against us, because we treat our clients as we should. If we make a mistake, which does happen on rare occasions, than we eat it. We would rather take a loss than be branded as dishonest by our clients," explains Karen.
