Charlotte Indie Radio is the first local music station in the country to be designed, created, funded, and operated entirely by indie musicians. By combining their resources and abilities, Charlotte area local musicians have created this station to side-step the traditional music industry in an effort to reach fans directly. The group intends to provide a place for local music lovers to hear NC and SC music at any time of the day or night.
