Company to present important findings at Houston HR Forum in March.
Cambridge, MA (PRWEB) January 24, 2007 -- Interaction Associates (IA) will lead a unique session at HR Houston's 2007 Gulf Coast Symposium on Human Resource Issues designed to help attendees achieve their company's most ambitious goals.
The session -- Realize Your Big, Hairy, Audacious Goal: Operationalizing Jim Collins' Work -- is focused on helping attendees learn concrete methods for achieving excellence and is based on the work of Jim Collins, author of the best-selling books Built to Last and Good to Great. Linda Dunkel, president and CEO of Interaction Associates, will lead the session.
Dunkel will co-present in conjunction with Amelia Badders, Director of Strategic Services and Administration for Energy Delivery Services at San Antonio-based CPS Energy. Attendees will learn step-by-step how CPS Energy achieved the company's biggest goals using the built-to-last methods. Additionally, attendees will come away with tools and methods they can use immediately to implement built-to-last principles within their organizations.
The HR Houston conference is scheduled for March 27 & 28 at Houston's Reliant Center. The IA session is scheduled for Wednesday, March 28 beginning at 3:45 PM.
HR Houston is the local affiliate of the Society for Human Resources Management.
