This gift registry is a separate part of the Big Five website (whose urls are www.bigfive.com and www.exotichoneymoonvacations.com) that allows people to create or customize a vacation for themselves--for a honeymoon, an anniversary, a special birthday, etc.--and then to send an e-mail to friends and family members asking them to donate or pay for parts of the trip as their gift.

THAT Agency's website development plan for Big Five's websites included creating an online CMS site. The Gift Registry was written using PHP Programming. PHP Programming is used in website development because it is a general purpose, yet powerful script language that generates dynamic web content.
The Big Five Gift Registry is similar to traditional gift registries, such as the kind found in fine department stores, except that what people register for is a whole tour package--transportation, lodging, sightseeing, transfers, etc. Fully customizable tours can be arranged to Africa, Asia, Central America, South America, the South Pacific or the Polar Regions. Tours can last from as little as three days to more than 26 days. Tours are available for any level of activity, from more relaxed paces to very active or adventure type travel.
