Bowie, MD (PRWEB) January 24, 2007
Recently, four Maryland Senior Olympic Champs that workout at Sport Fit Bowie got their photo taken, exchanged stories about their Olympic experience and renewed goals for this year's National Competition.
While we all examine our family, business and fitness goals for 2007, some have them clearly in mind. One such group strives for greater heights of peak performance every day. Sure, the professional athletes come to mind. Your developing young stars may come to mind. However, no group has a greater desire than the Senior Olympians!
There is a core group of Senior Olympians that train at Sport Fit Bowie, in Maryland. They have all competed and many have brought home the medals acknowledging their accomplishments. Each one has set his goals and is preparing for the next competition. Many of them know who their greatest competition will be and how hard they will have to work to defeat the field of competitors from across the country.
Recently, the men got together for a photo together. They chide one another to try new events or train harder for next year. Most of all, they appreciate one another's vitality, love of life and competition.
The gentlemen that made the photo shoot that day include (from left to right):
Ken Thornton, Tom Page, Jim Eyer, Ed Rieckert.
