In addition to the educational seminars, guests will also be challenged physically with a traditional boot camp at the beach. Days will begin around 8:30 with the cardio challenge followed by the "get your butt into gear" strength and agility session. From there the days will lead in a few different directions including classes like pilates mat, yoga flow, core conditioning, stretch for strength, spinning, stress reduction and more. Wrap up the day with a hot steam or a specialty spa treatment. Bella Bridal Retreat will also treat all participants to one "top to toe" massage, one custom facial and a spa manicure.

Holding retreats at The Ocean Sands Resort and Spa in Pompano Beach, FL, guests can enjoy a beachfront location with a full amenity list.
