Team building has never tasted better. Parties That Cook mixes culinary delight with communication techniques in Communication That Cooks, the newest addition to the line of upscale cooking parties, which combines the ever-popular Kitchen Challenge cook-off with a high-energy communication workshop for professionals.

Cook up some collaboration (and a bit of competition) with your colleagues at this year's team building offsite. Let Parties That Cook stage an upscale event where your group can not only make and enjoy a delicious gourmet meal but also hone client communication skills, all while working effectively as a team.

At this workshop, Executive Business Coach Starla Sireno will show your group how to master consultative communication techniques, addressing topics such as how to determine clients' needs and how to create solutions that meet or exceed them. It is up to the guests to use these points to their advantage during the kitchen challenge.

In this challenge, chefs will play the role as the customers and the final judges. The group members will learn cooking tips and tricks to use while preparing their dishes and be broken into teams that each must determine its customer's needs and preferences. The teams will then have one hour to prepare and present a delicious meal that fits their customers' criteria. In the end, guests will relax and enjoy the fruits of their labor as Starla summarizes the outcome for each team.

Starla Sireno is an executive coach, speaker, facilitator, and founder of The Fearless Entrepreneur (http://www.TheFearlessEntrepreneur.com). She has worked extensively with both entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs - leaders within organizations who are building new ventures, new product lines or new brands.

Parties That Cook stages deliciously fun cooking parties and corporate team building events in rented private homes and professional kitchens throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, Wine Country, Los Angeles and Chicago.

Communication That Cooks is a 4-hour-long event. Pricing is $185 per person (please note that additional costs for venue, rentals, and extras may also apply). For more information, please visit http://www.partiesthatcook.com or call 1-800-907-2665.
