New York, NY (PRWEB) January 24, 2007 -- InVision Communications is pleased to announce that Fred Bailey has joined the company as the Director of Sales of InVision, New York. Mr. Bailey is the former Executive Vice President of RJO Group where he helped run and grow the company over his 8 years there. Prior to joining RJO, Mr. Bailey spent eight years as a SVP of Sales at Caribiner. Mr Bailey has over 30 years of experience in sales, sales training and sales management in the high-tech and retail industries.

For the past year and a half, Mr. Bailey has been serving as a private leadership coach, helping executives enhance their leadership styles, comfort and presence. While heading up the Sales team in New York as the Director of Sales, he will continue to work with client executives as a leadership coach.
