VCG Appoints Dave Williams Vice President of Client Services

Software and services veteran joins VCG to manage customer support, implementations and IT departments.

VCG, Inc., developer of StaffSuite® and WebPAS® software solutions that power successful staffing and recruiting companies, today announced that Dave Williams has been appointed Vice President of Client Services.

Williams previously led the private equity creation of the electronic commerce company Inovis, serving as the company's President and CEO. He also spent 10 years at Harbinger, most notably as Vice President of Customer Support, building the organization as the company grew to more than 44,000 customers. Williams started his career at Management Science America, holding a variety of positions including Directorships of Customer Support and Quality Assurance. Also, as Director of Process Management and Reengineering, he helped lead the effort to win the prestigious ITAA award for Total Quality Management.

Most recently, Williams was the founding CEO of CLX, LLC, a wireless mobile marketing company, and he currently serves on the board of directors of Integrity Inspections, LLC, a staffing services company in the oil and gas pipeline industry.

At VCG, Williams will lead the client services delivery team including customer support, implementation, hosting and IT. His is a critically important role at VCG, where "high-touch" customer support has been key to the firm's 30-plus years of success. Additionally, Williams will assist the company in identifying and implementing new business opportunities in existing and new markets.
