Common Application Welcomes 23 New Members

The Common Application is pleased to announce the admission of 23 new members, bringing the total membership to 321 (18 of which are public institutions) for the 2007-08 academic year.

The Common Application (http://www.commonapp.org) is pleased to announce the admission of 23 new members (4 of which are public institutions) to the membership association for next year. This brings the total membership to 321 (18 of which are public institutions) for the 2007-08 academic year. With the addition of schools from South Dakota and Utah, 43 states plus the District of Columbia and Qatar are now represented as well.

Our new members are: University at Albany (SUNY), Augsburg College (MN), Augustana College (IL), Augustana College (SD), Berry College (GA), Colorado State University, University of Dayton (OH), Emerson College (MA), Franklin Pierce College (NH), Illinois Institute of Technology, Keystone College (PA), List College (NY), Meredith College (NC), University of New Haven, (CT), Old Dominion University (VA), Olin College of Engineering (MA), Pacific University (OR), Quinnipiac University (CT), Stanford University (CA), Stockton College (NJ), Thiel College (PA), Thomas College (ME), Westminster College (UT).

The Common Application is a not-for-profit organization that serves students and member institutions by providing an admission application -- online and in print -- that students may submit to any of our 300 members. Membership is limited to colleges and universities that evaluate students using a holistic selection process.
