Fathom integrates with AGT's Managed IP video services.
Rockledge, FL (PRWEB) January 26, 2007 -- Applied Global Technologies, the leader in collaboration managed video services, announces newly enhanced lifecycle support for its managed video customers. This new level of service offers customers continuous monitoring and reporting of their IP video network's key parameters, resulting in higher connection rates and improved video quality.
The service includes:
· IP Video network analysis
· New site certification/analysis
· Endpoint Monitoring/Management
· On-going IP Video troubleshooting
· Periodic IP Video network baseline testing
· IP Video network SLA enforcement
· Reporting/Statistics
Coming off a year of record sales, the FATHOM™ technology now offers a level of lifecycle support previously unavailable in the marketplace. While FATHOM™ continues to drive AGT services associated with migration to IP video and the resolution of current video conferencing failures, the new application provides a higher level of IP video managed services.
"After overwhelming success in fixing video quality issues in 2006, we quickly realized that we needed a service offering that addressed the on-going lifecycle support of the network," stated Mark Cray, Director of Conference-Ready Managed Services, Applied Global Technologies. "It wasn't enough to just fix the network. Our customers were asking for us to be there to manage the lifecycle of their video network. With FATHOM™, we can do it more efficiently - which saves customers money."
This new solution is managed by AGT's IP Video Network Team. It includes support from AGT's Video Operations Center.
