The Phelon Group today announced the expansion of its executive team with the hiring of David Ambler and Debra Colombana. Ambler, who has worked as an extended member of the Phelon Group consulting team for three years, now leads the firm's burgeoning Voice of the Customer practice; Colombana is vice president of client and market development. These additions to The Phelon Group deepen the firm's expertise in helping companies break through revenue barriers and help expand its mid-market and enterprise offerings.

"We continue to see strong demand in the very competitive mid-market for our unique approach to gathering customer insight and developing results-driven strategies, especially among technology and financial services companies," says Promise Phelon, CEO of The Phelon Group. "David and Debra bring very specific experiences that address the needs of our current clients. More important is that their expertise will help us expand our service offerings to companies looking to leverage customer relationships and break through revenue barriers."

Ambler brings over 20 years of experience to the team, and has worked with industry-leading companies such as Macromedia, Quark, Xerox, NEC and France Telecom. He has extensive experience in incorporating customer feedback into product launches and product marketing, as well as in corporate branding and in aligning sales and marketing programs.
