ProKarma’s Quality Assurance (QA)/Testing Practice became one of ProKarma’s fastest growing divisions in 2006 by signing three new customers in the last quarter. ProKarma made significant investments in developing the processes, procedures and tools for outsourced QA/Testing service offering, resulting in release 1.0 of comprehensive QA methodologies called Pro*Quality. ProKarma started offering outsourced testing/test automation services to its clients in mid 2006 and signed up a Fortune 500 food retailer, an email marketing company and a large hospital before year-end.

ProKarma is providing the following services to its customers:

  • Regression Testing, System Testing, Load Testing, Black Box and White Box Testing.
  • A comprehensive Automation Framework for building test automation scripts.
  • Defect Analysis, Defect Leakage, Injection Rate Analysis.
  • Setup of Test Labs in its offshore facility in Hyderabad, India.
  • Testing of Epic Technologies Healthcare Software.
