The Development team at BrightMove has completed its work to enable the BrightMove Job Distribution Engine (JDE) to work with CareerBuilder. The JDE will now allow Recruiters and HR Professionals who use CareerBuilder to add, edit, and delete jobs directly from BrightMove ATS in real time. The goal of this newest feature addition is to simplify the work flow of the Recruiting and Staffing Professional.

The addition of CareerBuilder to our JDE (Job Distribution Engine) really confirms the strength of our presence in the ATS market. BrightMove is a mature and robust product offering that deserves a look by any company considering or currently using an ATS

BrightMove has added another powerful new tool to its robust web-based Applicant Tracking System, BrightMove ATS.

Just after version 2.4 of the BrightMove Recruiting Software was released in December, the development team completed its work to enable the BrightMove Job Distribution Engine (JDE) to work with a very popular job board. The JDE will now allow Recruiters and HR professionals who use CareerBuilder to add, edit, and delete jobs directly from BrightMove ATS in real time.

BrightMove Co-Founder David Webb states, "The addition of CareerBuilder to our JDE (Job Distribution Engine) really confirms the strength of our presence in the ATS market. BrightMove is a mature and robust product offering that deserves a look by any company considering or currently using an ATS". It should also be noted that the BrightMove JDE works with several other widely used job boards including but not limited to Computerwork.com, NationsJob and Dice.com.

The goal of this newest partnership with CareerBuilder is to simplify the workflow that Recruiters and HR Professionals follow on a daily basis. The Development staff at BrightMove worked in cooperation with the technical staff at CareerBuilder so that clients using both products would no longer have to perform double manual data entry.

Mr. Webb also states, "BrightMove and CareerBuilder have teamed up to help our mutual customers. The ability to save valuable time by entering jobs in one location, and having those jobs automatically distributed to Internet job boards, is one of many innovative features included in BrightMove's base subscription package."

Instead of having to log onto the CareerBuilder website and add a new job, BrightMove clients who choose to benefit from the JDE will simply check a box in BrightMove ATS, and their job will be posted on the CareerBuilder website within seconds. Any editing can now also be done from within BrightMove ATS and will be reflected real-time within CareerBuilder. Jobs may also be removed easily from CarrerBuilder directly from BrightMove. This should save both time and money for BrightMove clients, some of which post, edit and delete multiple jobs daily on the CareerBuilder website. BrightMove clients will have access to this newest feature at no additional charge from BrightMove.

The leadership at BrightMove made the decision to pursue a relationship with CareerBuilder for several reasons. Since its establishment in 1995, CareerBuilder has grown to have a presence in over 200 local markets, and according to its website is "the fastest-growing recruitment and career-advancement source for employers, recruiters and job seekers". Many current clients of BrightMove have relationships with the quickly growing job board. CareerBuilder also promotes a very similar set of values and principles as BrightMove, including respect and honesty in all business relationships, agility, and passion.
