SEA is a non-profit alliance of leading industry contractors and suppliers. SEA's purpose is to accelerate supply chain performance and help U. S. suppliers become more competitive.
Mr. Phillips is a director of Houlihan Lokey - one of the world's largest mergers and acquisitions firms for the A&D industry - and founding publisher of the ADG Market Update. Mr. Phillips has extensive background in technology, having served for fourteen years with Hughes Electronics, where he performed project management, new business development, technology management and engineering. He previously served with TRW and the Jet Propulsion Laboratory.
SEA Member Conferences are educational forums that focus on the special needs of small and mid-sized suppliers in the aerospace, defense and space supply chain.
